Chief among the responsibilities of this department are policy making and establishment of the required coordination of research activities throughout the company, institutionalization and expansion of research activities and establishment of growth, creativity and innovation grounds in the company to recognize and optimize supply, transfer and distribution of oil products, guidance of executive departments to find, choose and evolve proper applied approaches, recognition and selection of new approaches and access to modern technology in supply, transfer and distribution of oil products, discovery and encouragement of R&D talents in individual and organizational level and their application.
